Chief Financial Officer (Co-Founder – Chief Financial Officer | CFO), holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Najran University, and is certified by The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to provide legal consultations in Labour cases. He has advanced experience in this field, in addition to his specialising in administrative and criminal cases and plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial management and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance within the company.
Director of Legal Affairs (Co-Founder – Director of Legal Affairs), holds a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law (Shareeah) from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, a Higher Diploma in advocacy (Private Law) from King Faisal University, as well as The Saudi Accreditation Standards For Legal Practitioners( SASL) issued by the Saudi Bar Association. His practice is centered on Civil Transactions Law, commercial laws, and alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration, mediation and conciliation, and he leads the firm’s legal department with analytical and methodological expertise.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Sharia from Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, and an Advanced Diploma in Advocacy (Private Law) from King Faisal University, in addition to the Saudi Professional Accreditation for Legal Practitioners issued by the Saudi Bar Association. He also holds a professional certification in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRCP), and is a Master’s researcher in Commercial Law at the University of Applied Sciences, Kingdom of Bahrain, 2025.
His professional focus is on civil and commercial law systems, alongside alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration, mediation, and conciliation. He leads the company’s Litigation Department with high analytical and methodological expertise, while maintaining a balanced legal approach that integrates foundational Sharia principles with modern legal knowledge.
